She keeps up-to-date with research on principles of child, adolescent and family psychology and mental health, and am dedicated to empathically listening to the young person’s concerns, and helping them learn how to positively approach their mental, emotional and / or behavioral issues.

she is the author of EMBRACING MY SEXUALITY{an essential guide for teenagers] and AMAZING WORLD OF FLOW {an essential guide for girls ages 8-13 on period}

She is a parent to a young adult, a teenager and an 11 year old amazing daughter.

My Approach

I promote a safe, inclusive, and informed understanding of human sexuality. I strive to create a welcoming space where children can explore and learn about their bodies, relationships, and sexual health. I tailor my approach to meet the diverse needs of my audience, whether it's in schools, community centers, or other settings.

My goal is to empower children of all ages to make well-informed decisions, respect each other's choices, and cultivate healthy relationships. By providing comprehensive and accurate information in line with biblical  principle ,  I aim to build a society where individuals can embrace their sexuality with confidence and without judgment.

My approach of working is in a holistic manner, working collaboratively with families when required and viewing each young person as unique. I use evidence based models, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness tools, expressive arts and play therapy to explore problems, and the young person’s relationship to their problems, without shaming or blaming in the process, and consequently help them manage stress and difficult feelings, whilst boosting self-esteem and confidence.

I initially meet with parents to understand their concerns and answer any questions. If we decide therapy would be suitable, each session is usually at the same time weekly and lasts for 50 minutes. The number of sessions required depends solely on each child’s needs.
