Our Services

Child Sexual Abuse can happen to any child, anywhere. To prevent Child Sexual Abuse, it is imperative that we initiate open conversations on how sexual abuse of children happens and break the stigma around the issue. Awareness on the issue can not only make the individuals conscious that CSA exists but also empower them to notice its effect and impact, as they receive relevant information and knowledge that can enable them to take action to keep children safe.

we create Public Awareness on various aspects of Child Sexual Abuse through in-person and online awareness sessions and other means of engagement, to develop a sustained community dialogue.  We run a yearly awareness walk and workshops across 5 major States and 11 communities  in Nigeria. We also actively engage our stakeholders through:
Events, Social Media, Town Hall Meetings, Webinars and partnership.

Group Therapy

Adolscent Therapy

Between dealing with the changes going on in one’s body and the social pressures put on adolescents by their peers and society, the teenage years can be a confusing and challenging time of one’s life. Teenagers are in the developmental stage of transition and identity consolidation that may leave them feeling vulnerable and unsure of themselves.

For us, the most important facet of working with young people is the therapeutic relationship. our goal in working with adolescents is to help them gain the skills needed to cope effectively with life’s stressors, manage difficult feelings and to provide a therapeutic space which allows them the freedom to explore their feelings and focus on their hopes and dreams without fear of being judged.

Speech Therapy

Child Therapy

As parents, we want our children to thrive and be happy in life. However, for some children, life’s struggles can be difficult. I use evidence-based practices, and mindfulness tools and am passionate about incorporating expressive arts, sand-tray and play – a child’s natural form of expression to help young people connect with their inner world.
our goal in working with children is to help them gain the skills needed to effectively deal with challenges, regulate emotions, as well as learn to express their needs and worries appropriately.
Each child is unique, and the process of therapy occurs at the child’s pace. Therapy is a collaborative process between the child, parents/carers, and the therapist. It helps the child to learn the skills they need to deal with issues and coaches the parents on how to support their child during this process. The number of sessions required depends solely on each child’s needs.

Family with Tablet

Family Therapy

We maintain a particular interest in attachment-focused therapy and am also trained in these principles. Our way of working is a collaborative approach between the family, the young person and the therapist, to effectively engage in dialogues that encourage growth and repair and take a step towards positive change.
